Austins Big and Tall Mens Clothing is dedicated to giving our Internet customers the same exceptional service we provide our in-store customers, and we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase date.

Austins will pay the return shipping for any mistakes we make. If an item needs to be returned that is shipped as ordered, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.  Underwear may not be returned. 

For fastest return service please include your order number, your receipt or a copy, and any tags from the item to the store where your items were shipped from, or return to our Virginia service center at 2952-F Chain Bridge Road, Oakton, VA  22124.
